Be afraid .. be very afraid. It's that holiday time of year again. And Christmas songs are starting to invade radio stations, elevators and playlists on iPods. Including mine.
But this is a first. See .. my favourite Christmas carol is "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen", particularly the way that the Barenaked Ladies do it. Man, I LOVE that version!
So, one day I needed to use up my monthly alotment on eMusic ... and I had 15 tracks left to download. Apparently, I was either overcome by thoughts of holiday cheer, or just a little too far into my cup of 'nog.
All 15 tracks (you can see it coming, can't you) ... different versions of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen."
Oh yes.

Oh, and I tried to make an iMix on iTunes .. but it didn't like some of the tracks and then when I did make one, it didn't do it right away .. so ... Whatever. iTunes loses. But don't let that spoil your holiday.
Inspiration for this post comes from ers' post on Holiday Toonage!
